AZCEND honors long time community member Ernie Serrano
Our very own Ernie Serrano was nominated for the Tracey Washington Spirit Award for serving his community with dignity and respect. Says AZCEND: “For nearly two decades he has provided meal service at St Vincent De Paul in Mesa where monthly he serves more than 350 meals. The food is all home made at the Serrano’s Mexican Restaurants. In addition, he organizes an annual toy and supply drive for the Franciscan Sisters Charity at the in Bapchule, located south of Chandler.
