Coming October 5th! Fall Specials Showcase New Cuisine

Beginning October, all five Serrano’s Mexican Restaurant locations will be testing new cuisine that adds a twist to Serrano’s traditional favorites. The items will be priced as specials and patrons will be asked to provide their feedback. [More on this to come!]

Simple Improvements After 40 Years

Serrano’s restaurants recently celebrated 40 years in business, and many of the menu items have remained the same over the decades. Over the past few months, we have been making simple changes to our menu items to improve the overall food quality. For example, we’ve replaced iceberg lettuce with romaine, and Serrano’s sauce recipes have been updated to include the broth from our slow-braised meats.

“We feel it’s important to try new things with the goal of improving our customers’ overall experience and potentially attracting new customers or having others give us a second chance,” said Ric Serrano, president and CEO of Serrano’s Mexican Restaurants. “With that in mind, our Executive Chef Lorraine Serrano has put a spin on some of our traditional favorites that we hope will be a big hit this fall.”
