Celebrating Cinco de Mayo, Unveiling May Specials on May 4th
Come visit us at Serrano’s for $5 a la carte burritos all day on Wed., May 5, in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Choose from shredded beef, shredded chicken or bean and cheese burritos for dine in and curbside pickup only. Dine-in customers can also enjoy $5 house margaritas, $3 bottled domestic and import beer, $3 domestic and import 16 oz draft beer (or 2 for $5), and $4 22 oz draft beer.

“Cinco de Mayo is one of our busiest days of the year, and this year, it falls in the middle of a restaurant industry labor shortage,” said Ric Serrano, CEO of Serrano’s Mexican Restaurants. “We’re doing our best to streamline our customer’s experience on Cinco despite our labor challenges.”
Serrano’s recently announced that it has temporarily closed all of its locations on Mondays (in addition to Sundays) until about 20 open positions are filled. This is to avoid burning out existing staff. For more information on available positions, visit serranosaz.com/jobs.

Appetizer of the Month: The Boss Nachos, Nachos with a twist! House-made corn chips layered with shredded cheese, ground beef, black beans, roasted corn, crema, roasted tomato sauce, pickled red onions, queso fresco and cilantro. $9.99
Salad of the Month: Chipotle Caesar Salad, Crisp romaine, grilled chicken, black beans, tomato, pickled red onion and cotija cheese tossed with tortilla strips and our smoky chipotle Caesar dressing. $12.99
Entrée of the Month: The Boss Enchiladas, Slow-braised chicken rolled in corn tortillas and topped with our garlic and green chile sauce. Garnished with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, queso fresco, habanero pickled red onions, and house-made crema. $14.99
