To our loyal customers, THANK YOU for your support over the past 40 years and especially over the past several weeks where we have had to transition from a full-service dining restaurant to a takeout-only operation.
After conducting a broad customer survey and evaluating our unique circumstances, we have decided to approach reopening cautiously, as our first priority is the health and well-being of our customers and employees. With this in mind, we plan to continue with our to-go curbside pickup at all 5 of our restaurants and food delivery via our partners at UberEats and Postmates. We will re-start our off-site catering services; however, our banquet room and dining rooms will remain closed.
In no way are we implying that the decision we made is the right one for all restaurants – there is no one-size-fits-all approach. We will continue to educate ourselves about best practices for reopening, and we will work to refine and improve our current curbside-pickup process. We are following best practices outlined by the CDC, National Restaurant Association and our local health authorities.
We hope you will continue to order takeout with us so you can enjoy the same great Sonoran Mexican food that our parents shared when they opened Serrano’s in 1979.
