During this healthcare challenge, we have been grateful to serve you with our Family Packs and more recently with our bulk market items: meats, tortillas, rice, beans and more. We also are offering beer at $3 for both bottled and draft beers to go (alcohol is curbside pickup only).
Now we are excited to share one of our favorite recipes with you to create at home: Pollo Ranchera! In addition to being the filling of our famous Pollo Fundido, this dish is amazing with our flour tortillas, over rice, or with both as shown.
